HERBARIO is a restaurant located in a warehouse, where rustic materials like cement and iron combine with the warmth of wood and subtle graphical elements.
Herbs and spices incorporated into Colombian ingredients and cooking styles form the backbone of our menu. We take great care to properly present and respect the product. Our dishes also contain some recipes and flavors we enjoy from around the world, providing our cuisine with greater variety.
